From the wonderful town of Shelton, WA, I am a running coach with insightful and practical knowledge on fitness, training, and racing. Our blogs and newsletters are posted regularly and discuss multiple aspects about running: News, workouts, training modalities, exercise physiology, biomechanics, team cohesion, the running lifestyle, and so much more. You will garner knowledge about the nuances of running well. We will be offering webinars, interviewing prominent coaches and sport-specific professionals who will share their experiences and expertise exclusively to our members.
